- Confirmation is provided only after receipt of advance payment.
- Prices may vary depending on season, road conditions, and demand.
- Changes in itinerary due to weather, landslides, or local conditions are beyond control.
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate travel details at the time of booking.
- Driver details are shared prior to the journey.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before travel: Partial refund after deductions.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund applicable.
- No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.
- In case of unavoidable situations (weather/roadblocks), alternatives will be arranged instead of refunds.
